Sandy Griffis has been a trusted name in the title industry since 2014, bringing years of experience and a lifelong connection to all things real estate. Growing up in Lehigh Acres, Florida, she was immersed in the business from an early age as her parents bought, sold, and financed vacant land to help develop the community. That early exposure laid the foundation for her passion for property and her deep understanding of the real estate process.
In 2018, Sandy and her husband, Allen, made the move to Central Florida, where they’ve embraced the energy and opportunities of city life. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Sandy is committed to delivering seamless, reliable title services for every transaction.
Outside the office, Sandy’s weekends are filled with family, fun, and Florida spirit. She’s a proud wife, mom to her daughter Madison, and devoted dog mom to two chihuahuas, Gator and Macey. When fall rolls around, Saturdays are all about college football (Go Gators!) and cheering on Allen as he competes in travel softball tournaments.
