Brian Hyser, Managing Partner of The Agency Orlando, has been a true force in the real estate industry since he launched his career in 2018. With a focus on the Winter Park area, Brian has successfully expanded his expertise across Orange and Seminole County, making him a trusted name in the local market.

Originally from Belvidere, Illinois, Brian's commitment to excellence is reflected in his impressive track record, having closed more than $350 million in residential real estate sales. His accolades include being named Broker of the Year in 2023 by Orlando Real Producers and ranking among the Top 50 agents in Greater Orlando for both 2023 and 2024.

Brian's educational background includes attending Lewis University in Joliet, Illinois, on a basketball scholarship, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline and teamwork.

Before real estate, Brian worked in the chiropractic industry, where he played a pivotal role in expanding a single location into four successful clinics across Central Florida. This experience equipped him with valuable skills in strategic planning, customer service, and leadership.

Brian possesses an in-depth understanding of local Orlando neighborhoods, current market trends, and property values-data he readily shares with his clients to keep them informed as they navigate a purchase, sale or investment. Plus, his connections with local professionals, such as inspectors and lenders, further enhance the transaction process for his clients.

In his free time, Brian can be found with his family, often visiting Disney and Universal to create lasting memories. He also enjoys sports, both playing and watching. Additionally, Brian and his wife are in the process of establishing a 501(c)(3) organization, KennedyJo, aimed at supporting young mothers and families coping with the loss of a child, a cause close to their hearts following their own experience with miscarriage.
